Nick joined RPUK ltd in 2006.  Nick has a wealth of knowledge and experience which enables him to provide support to less experienced members of the RPUK team.  Nick intends to complete the advanced mortgage advisor examination process to increase his level of knowledge.

RPUK endeavours to provide advice in all aspects of finance for clients throughout their lifetime.  This is best illustrated by Nick’s large recurring client base which is a result of years of clients Nick has advised returning biannually for a mortgage and protection which best suits their circumstances.  This is testimony to the service Nick provides.

Nick was an avid hockey player and coach, family commitments with his two children and age has lead Nick to reduce his involvement in hockey and pursue less physical activities, like supporting Grimsby Town Football Club.  Nick will concede this is not always the most stress free past time.

Sarah is an administrator for Nick Mills on the mortgage team.  Sarah joined the RPUK team in 2014 to support the expanding mortgage and protection team. Sarah has degree in business management and a post-graduate certificate in education.

As Nick’s administrator Sarah is kept busy supporting clients through their mortgage and protection process whilst managing the requirements of providers.  When help is needed in other areas of the business Sarah is keen to help.

In her spare time Sarah is a mum of three and enjoys keeping fit.  In the few spare minutes Sarah has she enjoys relaxing with family and friends whilst enjoying boxsets.

With over 21 years of experience at Lloyds Banking Group, Dean has dedicated his career to helping customers realise their dream of owning a home. Their journey included roles as Bank Manager and Mortgage Adviser, progressing to roles such as Area Manager and Mortgage & Protection Manager.

This extensive experience has honed Dean’s expertise in finance, enabling him to deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently.

As an expert in the financial sector, Dean is passionate about providing tailored advice and support to meet each client’s unique Mortgage & Protection needs. His commitment to excellence ensures that every interaction is focused on achieving the best possible outcome for customers.

Outside of work, Dean is married with two wonderful children. The family wouldn’t be complete without Douglas, their golden Cocker Spaniel, who is now also a cherished member of the RPUK family during the day.
