Prior to joining the financial services industry, Kate studied at Worcester University and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Heath Sciences. In 2000 Kate joined her father in the family business and began furthering her career to qualify as an independent financial adviser.
Kate took over the business in 2011 upon her father’s retirement and has developed the business into new area’s and recruiting staff for the expanding teams within RPUK Ltd. RPUK continues to flourish and RPUK’s policy and ethos of being a family firm focused on client’s needs and interests is borne out of Kates mindset. It is best illustrated by the strong relationship Kate has with her clients after 17 years of advising.

An instinctive quality Kate has is the need to better herself, with a strong emphasis on her personal development. Kate is currently studying her final exams to become a Chartered Financial Planner.
Away from work Kate has two very active children keeping her busy. In her brief moments of respite Kate loves going to the gym, visiting the theatre and enjoying a gin or two with family and friends!!!
Shaun is an paraplanner and advisor. Shaun is an experienced advisor having worked in the financial services industry for 25 years. Shaun began his career with one the largest insurance companies in the UK before joining RPUK ltd in 2013.
Shaun is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Personal Finance Society. As well as being a paraplanner providing technical support and researching issues for Kate he works with a range of clients advising on matters of wealth and pensions. Shaun continues to broaden his knowledge with his studies in specific areas of finance. Shaun is currently studying for his final exams to become a Chartered Financial Planner.
Shaun has two adult children and lives with his wife. Together they enjoy travelling around the UK which allows Shaun to pursue two of his passions, watching cricket and Arsenal football club with his son.
Charlotte has been in the financial services sector for over 15 years having worked in a number of different positions for Independent Financial Advisors this has allowed her to develop knowledge across the industry. She is now an experienced paraplanner, and her role is to support and work alongside Kate as well as the administration team.
Charlotte joined the RPUK team in 2015 and supports each client’s case by managing any research, analysis and technical support and recommendations on behalf of Kate. Charlotte holds the Certificate in Financial Planning qualification and is currently working towards completing Diploma level.
Most of Charlotte’s free time is spent exercising, when she isn’t training Charlotte loves to travel the World and see different cultures. Charlotte was the keenest member of staff when the team agreed to ride a static bike to raise as far as possible in 8 hours to raise funds for the Douglas MacMillan Hospice. This is now an annual event for RPUK.
Natalie is a senior administrator and personal assistant to RPUK Managing Director Kate.
Natalie joined RPUK ltd in 2007 and recently celebrated her tenth anniversary with the company. Her current role is administrator for Kate, a busy role which sees Natalie performing administrative duties across a range of areas within the company and when needed Natalie will assist the paraplanning team.
Natalie is a mother of two young children, which keeps her busy. To ensure Natalie has a work life balance she has reduced her working hours to part-time. Out of work Natalie enjoys retail therapy, socialising with friends and family whilst supporting the wine industry.
Clare has been working for RPUK ltd since 2013. Initially Clare joined the team to cover Natalie’s maternity leave supporting the investment team. Clare has expanded her knowledge and understanding of the business and is now studying the Certificate in Financial Administration.
Clare provides assistance with Kates client appointments, general administration and new business. Clare has great customer care skills and willingly accepts any task given to her.
When not working Clare is a keen gym goer and mum to two children. In her free moments Clare enjoys holidaying and travelling with family and friends.
