In her role, Natalie manages a wide variety of administrative responsibilities, supporting Kate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. From preparing financial documentation and liaising with clients, to managing appointments, ensuring compliance, and keeping internal processes ticking smoothly, Natalie is the reliable force behind the scenes who keeps everything running with precision. She also provides support on reception, warmly welcoming clients and bringing a personal touch to the company’s front-of-house experience. Her ability to juggle competing demands while staying calm, kind, and consistently professional is a credit to her work ethic and natural capability.

Natalie is a busy mum of two, and family life keeps her on her toes. Outside of work, she loves making memories with those closest to her, often hosting and socialising with friends and family. She’s also a devoted dog mum to Chester, who holds a special place in her heart. At the weekend, Natalie enjoys indulging in her passion for the wine industry.
