With over 21 years of experience at Lloyds Banking Group, Dean has dedicated his career to helping customers realise their dream of owning a home. Their journey included roles as Bank Manager and Mortgage Adviser, progressing to roles such as Area Manager and Mortgage & Protection Manager. This extensive experience has honed Dean’s expertise in finance, enabling him to deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently.

As an expert in the financial sector, Dean is passionate about providing tailored advice and support to meet each client’s unique Mortgage & Protection needs. His commitment to excellence ensures that every interaction is focused on achieving the best possible outcome for customers.

Outside of work, Dean is married with two wonderful children. The family wouldn’t be complete without Douglas, their golden Cocker Spaniel, who is now also a cherished member of the RPUK family during the day.
